I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER NUMBER, BUT MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN...
Managed to get everything you want, but can't seem to see an order number on the confirmation page, and your inbox is empty? Don't panic!
Once everything has been processed, your order number will be sent with your order confirmation email. Please note, that if you ordered within the first 2-3 hours of the sale, you may experience up to a 2 hour wait for your order confirmation email.
After this time, if you have still not received an email, please do contact our Customer Support Team. It may be that your email was entered slightly incorrect in the rush of checking out.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
If your order has been cancelled and suspected fraudulent, don't panic! This is an automated message generated when our payment security system detects that something is wrong.
It may be that the billing address that you have entered, does not match the card you are using when trying to checkout. Please ensure that all the details are correct, and if the stock is available, try again.
You may also benefit from using an alternative payment method, such as PayPal to checkout.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please note, there will be no order cancellation option during the Summer Sale.
We also cannot change your delivery address, once your order has been confirmed. If you do need your delivery address to be amended, we'd recommend getting in touch with your courier once shipment information has been sent.
I PLACED TWO ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
If you have placed two separate orders, we are unfortunately, unable to combine these or refund shipping charges.
This also includes being able to add to your order, remove an item or amend sizes.
I AM MISSING SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER...
Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages, on different days. Do not worry!
You will receive an email from our Customer Support Team to notify you of any changes to your order as well as tracking information.
If this isn't the case, upon receiving your order - please do contact our Customer Support Team - they'll be happy to take a further look into this for you.
MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL, BUT NOW AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK...
If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s).
Refunds will take up to 3-5 working days to be processed.

During the Summer Sale, please note that the option for express shipping will be turned off.
Due to exceptional volumes during our sales, orders may take up to 7-10 working days to dispatch from our warehouse, before beginning their journey to you. We seriously appreciate your patience during this time.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE SUMMER SALE IF THEY AREN'T QUITE RIGHT?
Yes! All orders placed during Summer Sale are eligible for an extended returns period. You have up until the 1st of August to return your item(s).
