Don’t trust the size chart
The size chart is misleading. I am a 26 inch waist and range from sizes 2-4. I have another pair of gymshark shorts also in an XS. However, THESE run more like a 0-2. It is tight in the waist and they ride up like crazy. Definitely not for squatting. Maybe that’s why it’s final sale but save your money…

Tight on thighs
Great fit around the waist and bum but digs in alot at the thighs unfortunately (bought a Small). Wish their sizeing guides showed all the actual measurements.
